Pretty Face is a story about a guy named Randoh who met with a bus accident on his way home from school. He wakes up and found out that a plastic surgeon had change his face into a girl that he loved. Desperate, he went to find his family but to no avail but coincidentally met up with the girl he loved named Kurimi. Surprisingly he was mistaken as her long lost twin sister and brought into her house instead. One day he got transfered into school and got himself into many troubles relating to his gender...
